Perfect for our family at xmas

Great home! Deck platform is perfect for yoga classes looking over the lagoon and at the beautiful mountain. Kitchen is super social and stocked with all your needs. Close and easy walk to the beach.

This home was ideal for our Thanksgiving family gathering. Lots of space for cooking and eating, great main room for watching World Cup games with all the family, and lots of space for resting, playing games, etc.

117 is a lovely house that is perfect for a family gathering. It’s wonderful kitchen, decks, dining and family room offer cooking and gathering spots for all ages.

Amazing rental - perfect location. Direct lagoon access and within walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayak. Humongous kitchen and all bedrooms had plenty of room. Nice that the beds were queen or king size so no sleeping in single beds as many other rentals require. We will definitely consider renting this house again. It would be absolutely perfect if it had a hot tub on the back deck.

Truly the most amazing place...we loved every minute of it. House is beautiful, location is perfect. views are lovely, the team was amazing. From beginning to end the experience was 5 star. Only thing that could improve upon the experience is for them to have a hot tub on the back deck:)

We had an amazing stay at this lovely, comfortable house. Family friendly and walkable, lots to do on the lagoon, or at the beach (which is 5 minute walk from the house)

The location of this property is ideal. Very close to beach and lovely lagoon setting. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are lots of toys to enjoy the lagoon. I hope to return soon!

Our family of 4 loved the Seadrift property! The house was light and open, with gorgeous views of the lagoon and landscape. Kitchen very large and open with all the amenities to cook meals. Comfortable, clean beds and a great layout for families. Would highly recommend.

Stinson is a true getaway. And this home was a comfortable and serene spot to watch the feathery clouds go by. Wonderful location on the widest part of the lagoon. We could watch the play of sunlight on those gentle hills which frame the backdrop of this bay. A great kitchen for friends to gather and cook together. And we made good use of the grill!

The location of the home is lovely. The house is strangely laid out. It is quirky. Sinks don't align with mirror and lights. There a plethora of switches which are a challenge to figure out. The grille is great as are access to kayaks and oars. There is a LOT of construction noise from three homes throughout the week. Regardless, I find Highway One Properties and excellent rental company to work with. They are most helpful.

A lovely house in a beautiful location. It isn't clear from the photos, but you have a totally private dock, and lots of gear to get out on the lagoon with. We didn't want to leave!

Only complaint, which is not something anyone can fix, is the deck doesn't get any sun in the winter months but fortunately a quick walk to the beach puts you ocean front on the sand with lots of sun (on a sunny day).

Just the view and location alone make this house really special. Right on the lagoon and a few minutes walk from the beach. We have pretty high expectations and this met every one of them. Very quiet, clean, and well stocked. The house is bright, comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. The baseboard heat worked great. We loved that it has a beautiful big kitchen with lots of counter space and stools. A great find. We will definitely go back.
