This house has spectacular views of the Seadrift Lagoon and Mt. Tamalpais. It's located at the end of the inner lagoon with an easy five minute walk to the beach. Cozy and warmed by the sun until late in the day, this home has the full beach getaway feel. Lovely living spaces, with a wood stove fireplace lend to the overall relaxing atmosphere. For your enjoyment and entertaining there are front and rear decks with views for days. This is the perfect house for family and friends to have a wonderful time at Stinson Beach. Water toys available at the house are 1 SUP, 2 one-person kayaks, and a Canoe. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 3 Queens, 1 Full

This was the perfect rental for our family of grandparents, parents and children. There is wonderful indoor and outdoor space and not having to drive for a week due to the proximity of beach lagoon and town made for the perfect relaxing vacation, plenty of activities for those who wanted to play but space to relax and read quietly too. We had a fantastic vacation here!

Our Thanksgiving week at 11 Dipsea was wonderful from beginning to end. We gathered with family and friends over the week and felt at home in the sunlit lagoon view home with morning and afternoon decks and lots of space to spread out and enjoy. The beach access was a quick walk nearby. The house was welcoming and stocked well from the kitchen, towels, sheets to comfortable beds and furniture throughout. We will be back.

Everything was "PERFECTO"! Great house! Great location - on the south of the lagoon where it is the widest and looking directly up the entire lagoon. Great sunsets from the awesome deck while having dinner. Plenty of water toys for optional fun rather than just the beach that was an easy 5 minute walk from the house. The grand kids were worn out. The house was very clean and "fully" equipped!
We were a family of seven - Nona and Papa, three kids and two grand kids. We swam, bogie boarded, paddle boarded, surf boarded, walked the beaches, hiked the nearby mountains. We cooked some great local seafood as well as eating some at the good local restaurants.
Highway One provided great service from the start of the rental process to the final departure date. The people there are the best!!
We will be renting the house again next summer!

we love working with hwy one... we have had many great summers in their seadrift properties. BUT, this property should be billed as a 3 bedroom, as the 4th "bedroom" is more like a closet, and had no bed (just stacks of lounge cushions.) also, the immediate neighbor was doing lots of work on his house, making lots of noise that made it hard during the kids' naps.
