We loved this funky, rustic but very functional and well kept home right on the beach. My grown children want to come back yearly. Thank you for the best experience!

Rustic home "on" the beach, with a view of sand dunes, not the ocean. Jack and Jill bathroom shared by 3 bedrooms slightly awkward, kept locking each other out. Nice shared space. Would likely choose a newer home a few houses back from the beach next time because the premium for "on" the beach was not really worth it to us.

Great stay... Beds in the master and bedroom next to it could be more comfy but that is the only thing i would improve. Great stay loved it!

We Loved staying at 9 Sacramento Patio! Everything was spot on Clean and perfectly appointed outdoor furniture-inside too! Only criticism is the kitchen needs knives that cut -and acre-do of functional cookware-rubber spatulas and smaller tongs- more spoons-more glassware and coffee mugs! But Overall -Shangra-la - a coffee grinder and metal french press would be great for coffee making - existing is plastic flavored- We would choose this address Again! Loveky spot on Earth!! Everyone was accommodating and the rental ran smoooothly. Thank You for The loaf of French Bread gift with the key pick-up! genius and so Welcoming!!!️

We had a magical long weekend at this rustic beach house. Walks on the beach, taking in the sunsets, playing in the sand, all steps away. Everyone was happy and cozy inside, too. The were a couple hiccups with kitchen equipment but Highway One was very responsive. We will be back!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, even with a day of rain. The house was very accomodating. I would have loved having warmer blankets on the beds so we would not need to use the rather out of date and difficult to adjust heaters at night.Otherwise everything was fine.

We snuck away for a last minute Stinson Beach vacation and coulnd't have had a better experience. This house screams old Stinson Beach house vibes and does not disappoint! The beach is at your doorstep, the hot tub is perfect, and the living space comfortable and not at all precious. We loved our stay and, as always, Highway One Properties took great care of us. Already looking for our next booking.

I have been using Highway One Properties for well over a decade and I have always had a stellar experience. Every home has been clean, pristine even. The beds are comfortable, the views are unbeatable. I look forward to going back every year. It is more than a vacation to me. It is a memorable experience that I take with me. The people who work at Highway One Properties are always there for me when I need them and they are friendly, kind and courteous.

Hi, overall it was very good. One big issue was that the light fixture over the dinning room table did not work. I bought a replacement bulb but the fixture itself was broken. The interior of the space is all wood so very dark. The light fixture should have been repaired asap before renting for $1000 a night. Otherwise it was all good.

Excellent experience, property was just as described. A lovely place to gather family and celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday.

I have been using Highway One Properties for well over a decade to rent out at Stinson Beach and have never had one complaint. I have strayed here and there and have always regretted it. This was my first time at the 9 Sacramento house and it is my new favorite. It has everything I look for in a beach rental and nothing I don't need.

This house is described as rustic and it certainly is but that just adds to the charm and the location is fabulous. House is fully loaded. We were able to cook and grill. We were also there during the power outage which was a real bummer but Highway One properties were there with candles and flashlights. They were super responsive. We made it work without power. The only thing I would recommend are screens on the bedroom windows. We wanted to hear the ocean but the mosquito's made it a miserable night!

We had a wonderful time at this quiet lovely spot.
I have one suggestion, replace pots and pans that have toxic non-stick surfaces.

This quirky house is 10 sand dune steps from the beach. I has amazing views and is comfortable for a group of very close people. I would suggest some privacy blinds for the back since the beach access walkway is right there. I would definitely recommend this house.

What a great house. I don’t want to say too many good things as it is already tough to rent. It’s just utterly charming in a way a vintage Stinson beach house should be. We’ll be back.

Great house, perfect location, lots of fun and a gorgeous week at Stinson! Suggest the kitchen get a few updated items (bowls that aren't all chipped, more wine glasses than 5, better silverware).

The location of this rental is perfect. The house is rustic and charming. The views are spectacular.

This is a funky fun fun Stinson house in a private perfect location right on the beach. It has everything you need including a beach in the living room. It's a great house for family get togethers.

It's a very comfortable, easy beach house! Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for all the meals we cooked. There were a few minor lamp and lighting issues that I reported to the property management company and they appreciated the feedback.

wonderful views of both the ocean beach and the hills, lovely outdoor spaces, cozy attractive older beach cabin, great hot tub with mountain views. easy walk to town. a wonderful place to stay!
