This 3 bedroom beach house offers comfortable living during your getaway. Grab your surfboards and boogie boards just up the street at the Surf and Kayak Rental shop and head down to enjoy all the beach has to offer. With central air and heat you'll be comfortable inside, while outside you'll enjoy a huge deck for socializing, BBQing and hot tubbing. Just park the car once during your entire stay and walk to the market, shops and restaurants downtown
Because there are many antiques and curios throughout (many in reach of small hands), it's not the right place for younger children.
Firepit is off-limits.
Renters bringing dogs: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee.
NOTES:
All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
The wood stove in the living room is NOT available for use.
Gardeners come on Thursdays!

The sauce is perfect for a small group. It is a wonderful location close to town. The house has a very peaceful and beautiful front yard garden and a great area in the back with a hot tub and lots of seating in the sun. The house was cozy and well equipped, and we generally enjoyed everything about it.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental. The furniture was clean and comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent. We loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Hot tub and outdoor spaces were perfect for us. Thank you for the yummy bread too.
Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful week long stay at 6 Calle del Pradero. The front and back yards were beautifully maintained and the perfectly placed baskets of towels to wipe off sandy feet were so smart and helpful. The interior is beyond cool - the layers of art, nautical themed decor made us feel like we were in a showroom of vintage collectables. The highlight was the Grateful Dead poster with proof of residency of Phil Lesh! The couch and two chairs were exceptionally comfortable and stylish. This house is one of the best in Stinson!
